The Founder

TOMMY ANDRES is an award-winning journalist with nearly two decades of experience at national outlets as a reporter, producer, and project manager. He was the executive producer of Sports Explain the World,  an anthology podcast from Meadowlark, Campside Media and Wondery, and the EP and co-writer of We Came to the Forest from Campside, Wondery and Tenderfoot TV.

Tommy was a Senior Producer for the national public radio program Marketplace before being selected as a Knight-Wallace journalism fellow in 2019. He was also the host of CNN’s first daily news podcast and has done work for FrontlinePBS NewsHourThe Atlantic, QuartzBloomberg BusinessweekThe New York Times, and This American Life.

He is also the producer of “Coroner to the Stars,” a feature-length documentary film that won the audience choice awards at Slamdance and the Mammoth Lakes Film Festivals.
